By using Furever Portraits ("we," "us," "our") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Content you upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use them solely to generate, print, and ship your custom artwork. We don't sell or share your photos.

Approved artwork

Portraits generated for you are for personal use. You may not resell the artwork or use it commercially without written permission.

Orders & pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Once you approve artwork and place an order, production begins and orders are non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage.

Prohibited uses

Don't upload photos you don't have rights to, don't upload content depicting people without consent, and don't submit prompts intended to generate harmful, hateful or explicit imagery.
